WELCOME TO WGSS COUNSELLING

Welcome Gators!

Counselling services are available for all students attending WGSS.  Students may book an appointment themselves, or they may be referred by a parent, teacher, or an administrator.  The counsellors work with students on a variety of issues such as: discussing their program planning, vocational choices, study habits, academic standing, classroom dynamics or anything else that is related to their schooling.  As well, students may come in to speak about their personal problems such as relationship issues or any other challenges they may be having in their lives.  If counsellors feel students may benefit from specialized support, they may also make referrals for students and/or their families to access other community resources.
